UPDATE: Just relaunched the site using a PHP port of Ruby's Radiant CMS called Frog. I was trying to get Radiant to work but it was just too much effort and I don't have the time to go back and forth with support.

Frog is very similar to Radiant and extremely easy to work with on both the developer end and the editor end. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a very simple and quick CMS that doesn't have Ruby on their server.
